INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Service govern the use of the content and services offered through the Looped mobile application ("Looped App" or "App"), Looped website (looped.fun), and Looped social media accounts (collectively, the "Services").

The terms "Looped," "we," or "us" refer to Get a Glimpse, LLC, a company incorporated in the state of Delaware:

The terms "user" or "you" refer to any user of the Services.

By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

LOOPED APP

1. General Rules

Your use of the Looped App is governed by these Terms and by Apple's App Store rules, which apply to all downloads and purchases made through the Apple ecosystem.

We license use of the App to you, but we (or our licensors) remain the sole owners of the App and its content.

2. App Account

To use the Looped App, you must create an account using your phone number. We will send a one-time password (OTP) to verify your phone number during sign-up.

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Keeping your phone number current and accurate

3. Phone Number Privacy

Your phone number may be visible to other Loop members to facilitate direct communication. You can control this visibility in your app settings at any time.

By default, Loop members may see your phone number to text you about coordination. You can disable this feature in Settings if you prefer to communicate only through the app.

We will never share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least sixteen (16) years old to use Looped. If your local laws require a higher age to use the Services without parental consent, you must meet that minimum age.

4. Using the App

We may make changes to the App at any time, including the addition of paid features. You will be informed clearly before any charges are applied.
You are responsible for keeping your device secure. Jailbreaking or rooting your device may result in performance or security issues for which we are not liable.
A stable internet connection is required to use the features of the App. Any data usage charges incurred through your provider are your responsibility.
We may update the App from time to time, and you may need to install these updates to continue using the App properly.
We may also discontinue the App at any time. If we do, your right to use the App will end, and you must delete it from your device.
If you are not the bill payer for the device used, we assume you have permission from the bill payer to use the App.

RECURRING HANGOUTS

1. What are Recurring Hangouts?

Looped helps you coordinate recurring hangouts with friends. Each hangout has:

A defined activity (e.g., dinner party, run club, game night)
A regular schedule (weekly, biweekly, or monthly)
An organizer who manages the hangout
Members who attend

2. Creating and Managing Hangouts

Any user may create a recurring hangout and become its organizer. As an organizer, you are responsible for:

Setting accurate information about the hangout (time, location, activity)
Managing invitations and membership
Communicating any changes to members
Ensuring the safety and appropriateness of your hangout

Looped is a coordination platform. We do not organize, host, or supervise hangouts. Organizers are solely responsible for their hangouts and any in-person gatherings.

3. Joining Hangouts

You may join a hangout by:

Receiving an invitation from a current member
Using a single-use invite link shared by a member
Being invited directly by the organizer

By joining, you commit to:

Attending regularly or notifying others when you cannot attend
Respecting other members and the hangout's purpose
Following any rules set by the organizer

4. Leaving Hangouts

You may leave a hangout at any time. Organizers may also remove members at their discretion.

5. Communication

Users may share messages, photos, or other content within hangouts. You are solely responsible for any content you share.

All communications should be:

Respectful and appropriate
Relevant to the hangout's purpose
Compliant with these Terms

AI USAGE

Looped includes features powered by artificial intelligence (AI) for coordination assistance, such as:

Automated reminders and notifications
Scheduling suggestions
Group communication assistance

By using these features, you acknowledge that your input may be processed by third-party AI providers. While we aim to provide helpful coordination tools, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated suggestions.

AI outputs are for informational purposes only and should not replace your own judgment when making plans or decisions.

PAYMENTS AND FEATURES

The Looped app is free to use for creating and joining recurring hangouts.

Some hangouts may require payment for participation (e.g., fitness classes, workshops, ticketed events). When applicable:

Payment terms will be clearly displayed before joining
Looped may take a service fee from paid hangout transactions
Refund policies are set by the hangout organizer
Looped is not responsible for disputes between organizers and members regarding payment

We may introduce premium features in the future, which will be clearly communicated within the App before any charges are applied.

All payments are processed through Apple. If you have issues related to payment, billing, renewals, or refunds, please contact Apple Support directly.

SAFETY AND CONDUCT

1. Meeting in Person

Looped facilitates in-person gatherings. You are solely responsible for your safety when attending Loops.

We recommend:

Meeting in public places, especially for first-time meetups
Informing someone you trust about your plans
Using your best judgment about attending events
Leaving any situation where you feel unsafe

2. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Looped to:

Harass, threaten, or harm others
Share illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
Impersonate others or provide false information
Organize events for illegal activities
Spam or solicit users inappropriately
Create Loops intended to discriminate based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics

3. Reporting and Moderation

If you encounter concerning behavior or content, please report it through the App. We reserve the right to:

Remove content that violates these Terms
Suspend or terminate accounts
Cooperate with law enforcement when necessary

USER CONTENT AND DATA

1. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or share in Looped (messages, photos, Loop descriptions, etc.).

By sharing content in the App, you grant Looped a license to:

Display your content to other Loop members
Process your content to provide the Services
Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the App

We will never sell your personal content or use it for purposes beyond providing the Services.

2. Data Storage

Looped stores necessary data to provide the Services, including:

Account information
Loop details and membership
Messages and content shared within Loops
Usage data and analytics

3. Deleting Your Account

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. When you delete your account:

Your personal information will be removed from our systems
Content you shared in Loops may remain visible to other members
You will be removed from all Loops

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1. Looped's Rights

Subject to these Terms, Looped grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

All content within the App and associated platforms—software, branding, text, media, and other materials—is the property of Get a Glimpse, LLC, or its licensors, and is protected by intellectual property laws.

2. Your Restrictions

You may not:

Reproduce, modify, or distribute Looped's content without permission
Reverse-engineer or use the Services to develop a competing product
Remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices
Use Looped's branding without written permission

Unauthorized use of the Services or content will immediately terminate your access and may result in legal action.

LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

1. No Liability for User Actions

Looped is a platform that connects people. We are not responsible for:

The actions or conduct of users, organizers, or Loop members
The safety or outcome of in-person gatherings
Disputes between users
Cancellations, no-shows, or coordination issues
Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from Loop attendance

2. Use at Your Own Risk

By using Looped, you acknowledge that:

Meeting people in person carries inherent risks
You are responsible for your own safety and decisions
Looped does not verify user identities or conduct background checks
We cannot guarantee the accuracy of user-provided information

3. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Get a Glimpse, LLC and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or Services.
Our liability in any case is limited to the total amount you paid for the App or its services in the 12 months prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.
All Services are provided "AS IS," without warranty. We do not guarantee that the App will be available without interruption or error.
Links to third-party websites are for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content or any issues resulting from visiting them.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Delaware.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted at looped.fun/terms and within the App.
Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
We may also notify you of changes via email or in-app notifications when appropriate.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Looped at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination:

Your right to use the App ends immediately
You must delete the App from your device
Provisions that should survive termination (liability limitations, dispute resolution, etc.) will remain in effect
